The POSH and POCSO Training Academy was established with the vision of creating safer workplaces and educational environments through legal awareness, training, and compliance guidance.

Led by Advocate Sneha Arekar, the academy focuses on helping organisations understand and implement the legal requirements of the POSH Act, 2013 and POCSO Act, 2012.

About the Founder – Adv. Sneha Arekar

Adv. Sneha Arekar is a certified POSH and POCSO trainer, legal expert, and advocate dedicated to promoting the rights of women and children.
